Need a workout?  Seriously...become a photographer!  haha!  I loved shooting the Pierson family's photo session last weekend but I forget how quick toddlers can be.  You've gotta be ready and on the run. No wonder his parents are in such great shape! :) haha!

And look at this expression!  Doesn't it just say...YOU CAN'T CATCH ME?! haha! I love it!  So cute!

This family = die-hard OU fans so we met up on the OU campus to capture some fun images in their OU gear!  Even little Daxton got into the fun with his cute little OU polo and his awesome little OU toy truck.  Well, in this shot Kassidy's playing with it. heehee!

I LOVE this image and totally love it in black & white.  It's just a quiet serene shot of two parents loving their little one and sharing the fun watching the ducks swim.

This boy has BEAUTIFUL eyes!!!

And have I mentioned that he loves his mommy?!

The sweet couple...Adam & Kassidy.  Daxton was too busy splashing in a little fountain nearby to be bothered with family photos. haha!

I'm so excited to introduce you to my newest little nephew and our miracle baby Jeremiah Patrick. Isn't he ADORABLE?!!!


Let me tell ya a little about baby J. He arrived in this world at a mere 27 weeks. Yep, you read that right. He was anxious to meet his mommy, daddy and big sister and came just about 3 months early. So so tiny at 2 lbs. 4.5 oz and only 14 inches long. He spent many weeks in the NICU at Children's Hospital with his mommy & daddy by his side and he flourished! He did so well and got to come home when he was about 2 months old. Now he's nearing 13 weeks old and is really packing it in at nearly 7 lbs! :) We finally did his "newborn" photo shoot on Friday. YAY!


Sweet Jeremiah Patrick. How did he get his name?

For those of you who aren't aware, my father passed away Nov. 15th. It was very unexpected and sudden and boy, he would have LOVED to meet his 7th grandson. My brother and his wife chose to honor Dad by using his name as Jeremiah's middle name. So perfect. Jeremiah won't get to meet dad anytime soon but he'll hear stories and will carry his name. I just love that.




And really, isn't he CUTE?!

Have you ever had a friend that you can go weeks, months, even years without seeing but when you get together again, you can just pick right up where you left off?  Well, that's my friendship with Andi. 

We were best friends in junior high and high school and kept in touch somewhat after school but we've let the years go by too fast.  It's been so many years since we've seen each other but when I went to visit her in TX recently it was just like the good ol' days. AND while I was there, I had the privilege of photographing her and her sweet little 3-year-old daughter Kennedy. 

Kennedy is just full of personality and so easy-going.  We hit it off and had much fun. :)


And Andi is just the best mom! She and Kennedy are just two little peas in a pod and have such a fun relationship.
